A pet lamb, who is preparing for an appearance at the Great Yorkshire Show in Harrogate this July, took a break to visit a polling station today!
You could say the friend which accompanied Doncaster North voters Eric and Judith Preston was the black sheep of the family.
The Prestons brought their pet lamb, Beth, as they made their way to the same polling station at Sutton village hall, that Ed Miliband had voted earlier.
Official rules allow state voters can take animals into the polling booths with them - although they cannot vote! It is not known if Beth the lamb, full name Black Sabbath, voted for Ewe-Kip!
