Police were called to a flat on East Parade this morning, after the sudden death of a man.

Police officers were called at 7.40am today (Tuesday September 10), to a flat on East Parade, Harrogate, following the report of the sudden death of a man.

On arrival they found the body of a 45-year-old man who had been pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.

A spokesman for North Yorkshire Police said: “We are not yet in a position to release his identity.

“The death is not being treated as suspicious and no one else is being sought in connection with the incident.”
