Car Boot Sale: South Milford People, together with the local Rotary Club, have organised another car boot sale for Sunday, July 15 from 9am-1pm at Millford Plants, A162, South Milford. Vendors need to arrive 8am-8.45am and it costs £5 per car, £10 per van. Admission to the public from 9am is free.

Official Opening: The play area at Eversley Park will be officially opened by the Gala Queen on Saturday, July 21 at 9.45am. Members of the Gala Committee and parish council will also be there.

Yorkshire Mardave Racing Club: Is holding its next meeting at the Eversley Park Community Centre on Saturday, July 14 at 4.30pm. Pocket money radio controlled motor racing for all ages and abilities. Free membership, race fees 3 per person per meeting for one person. Meetings normally consist of three heats and a final. Spectators free. Yorkshire Countrywomen's Association: Meet on the third Thursday of each month at the Methodist Church at 7.30pm. The next meeting is on July 19 when Lilian Barton will give a talk on ‘A Small World’. Anyone wishing to join will be made most welcome.
