Held at the Crown Hotel from Thursday to Sunday, the event featured beers and food from across the county and beyond.

2015 saw the 25th edition of the event, organised by Harrogate Round Table.

Over the past 25 years, the festival has supported a variety of charities. This year, the event raised funds for the Harrogate Homeless Project, Guide Dogs, National Autistic Society, Carers Resource and Fighting Ependymoma: The Chris Bramhall Children’s Brain Tumour Research Charity.

Craig Pinches, the festival’s organiser and member of Harrogate Round Table, said: “We are very excited to be showcasing what is arguably some of the best ales in the UK and raising much needed funds for local charities.

“We receive great support from many breweries but I would like to extend my thanks to two local breweries in particular, Theakston and Daleside.
