Harrogate Borough Council’s Sports Development Team and Ripon Library are working together using the My Neighbourhood Project to deliver ‘health MOTs’ for residents of Ripon.
The event will be taking place at Ripon Library on Friday, January 23, from 10.30am-noon. During the session there will be an opportunity to check weight, height, BMI, blood pressure, peak flow and resting pulse and also get advice on healthy eating and how to lead a healthy lifestyle.
