Richmond-based charity for young adults with disabilities, Just the Job has been congratulated for the major renovation of a garden display area outside the local branch of one of the region’s largest independent timber suppliers.
Dan Simpson, branch manager at NY Timber, Richmond, said: “The garden area at the front of our branch on the Gallowfields Trading Estate, was very overgrown and in need of some expert attention and hard work. I knew of Just the Job and the landscaping work they’ve done for other organisations in our area, so I contacted them.
“I am very impressed with the work they’ve done to improve the appearance of the front of the branch. Part of the work involved extensive cutting back, to reveal two formerly hidden rockeries
“The charity provides valuable employment opportunities for local people and I am pleased to support its work.”
