One tuba, a bowler hat and a park bench all make up North Stainley Arts Society’s first full production.
Two one act plays will be performed on Friday, September 30 and Saturday, October 1
After Magritte by Tom Stoppard is a very short, surreal comedy inspired by the paintings of Rene Magritte.
An Incident at the Border by Kieran Lynn tells the story of seperated lovers Arthur and Olivia.
This play in particular is a coup for the group as they are the first amateur company to present it following its success at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2009 and on BBC Radio 4 earlier this year.
There will be a bar and refreshments available.
Tickets are £8 with concessions £6 plus special rates for group bookings. Contact Glenys Bailey on 01765 635236 or email@example.com.
Tickets can also be bought on the door.
