Curtain up for Snow White panto

THE curtain has been raised on a pantomime performed by an amateur dramatics group in Boroughbridge.

The Hightimers staged their first performance of Snow White at Coronation Hall in Milby yesterday, Thursday.

Written by Barbara Horner, the dwarfs are played by a mixture of adults and children.

The play will be performed for another five nights – tonight (November 25), tomorrow (November 26), and from Thursday, December 1, to Saturday, December 3.

Each performance begins at 7.30pm, and there will also be matinee performances on both Saturdays, at 2.30pm.
