THE former Wetherby NHS Health Centre off St James Street is in the final stages of a sale.
The new owner and plans for the site will be revealed in a few weeks.

The building has been empty since the health centre relocated to its new multi million pound purpose-built premises on Hallfield Lane last May.

Phillip Dawson, associate director of real estate advisor DTZ in Leeds, said: "There has been a lot of interest in the site and we did receive a number of offers for it.

"I envisage the site will bring a very complimentary use for the Wetherby area details of which will be announced shortly."
