TOCKWITH-based BCB Environmental has announced it will alter its planning application for a waste from energy plant on the Marston Moor Business Park to include a 40m chimney.
BCB’s managing director Phil Boardman said: “BCB has always said that the Environment Agency would ultimately determine the final chimney height.

“The revisions needed to meet the new standard are straightforward and will be submitted in a few days. The important point is that a higher stack means better dispersion, thereby providing even better protection for local air quality. “
