Members of the Rotary Club of Ripon Rowels have visited the city’s Claro Barracks to present a cheque for £1,500 to ABF – The Soldiers’ Charity (Army Benevolent Fund).

The money will be used towards a treatment centre at Catterick Garrison.

President of the Ripon Rotary Club of Ripon Rowels, Simon McCudden, is pictured handing the cheque over to Barney Barnbrooke from the charity and Lt Col Jack Nicholson, commanding officer of the 21 Engineer Regiment based at the barracks.
