Richmondshire residents will be able to pick up a special cook book.
Crammed full of recipes for cooking a budget, this one-off cookbook will be especially useful when pantry stocks are low at the end of the month.
The book, part of the Ease the Squeeze roadshow, will be available at the special one off Ease the Squeeze surgery.
The surgery being held today is to help Richmond residents find support through the recession.
District Councillors from the town are joining forces with representatives from several groups including the Energy Saving Trust, Transition Richmond, Credit Union, Citizens Advice Bureau, Volunteer Centre, Keyhouse, LETS, Richmondshire District Councillor housing benefit officers and members of the Love Food Hate Waste campaign.
The ‘Ease the Squeeze’ roadshow will be at Richmond Town Hall today between 6.30pm and 8.30pm.
